Spay & Neuter Day – Adan ONG – 18-05-2019

Last weekend, I was collaborating for free with Adan Foundation  (@adan.ong) and Orprovet Veterinary Clinic, where Global Strays (@globalstrays)  financed a sterilization clinic for 61 dogs and 12 cats, free of charge for the families of the community of Vista Alegre, Masaya, Nicaragua. The entire Vista Alegre community worked together beautifully to help other pets when they arrived and left the clinic after surgery. A few dogs were unable to get surgery because they were considered sick and a dog called Roxi had an infected uterus, so Orprovet had to perform special surgery to save his life. We are very proud of our partner organizations for working together to help curb the overpopulation crisis of stray dogs and cats, in addition to their daily work of rescuing and finding loving families to adopt their animals. ⁣
